El Kiosco began with a simple promise — to bring the true essence of Peruvian and Latin cooking to Chelsea, without shortcuts. Leche de tigre brightened to order. Chickens turning slowly over real flame. Steaks seared hard and rested patiently.

A woman-owned business reshaping Chelsea's culinary scene. Born in Colombia and devoted to the bold, bright flavors of Perú, Yury built El Kiosco into a neighborhood landmark — a table where every guest is welcomed as family.
